#FORME Workshop

offers a space for teens to reflect on their social media engagement and digital habits while learning how to become more intentional with their screen time.

After completing the #ForMe Workshop:

84% of teens had a better sense of how social media impacts their mental health after completing the workshop.

83% of teens had a better understanding of how to develop a more meaningful and/or positive experience on social media after completing the workshop.

21 days after completing the workshop 80% of teens said they were still actively making changes to have a more meaningful connection to social media.
